My name is Scott Gray and I am the editor and publisher of Fitnesstips101.com. Some of you may be wondering who I am and why I have started this site.
The main reason I started this site is to provide simple to use and implement, easy to understand health and fitness tips for people looking to get in shape, lose weight and change their life forever.
There is a lot of miss information out there and people spend tons of money, try many programs but when you narrow it all down it all it takes is takes is dedication, having the proper exercise program, eating properly and making it part of your everyday life.
You don’t need to spend money on fancy programs and gadgets, all you need to do is find the right exercise program, proper diet and stick with it. Before you know it you will start to see results and you life will be changed forever.
A bit about me, I’m a late baby boomer born in 1965 and have been involved in health, fitness and sports for most of my life. Today I try and go to the gym, ride my exercise bike three times a week and also try and eat a balanced diet the best I can.
Being a baby boomer I can relate to all the aches and pains of getting older. It SUCKS but that’s the way it is. We can’t do anything about it. Sure it would be great to be big and strong like when we were younger but that’s not the case. The most important thing is to exercise and eat properly.
