Hi,

My name is Scott Gray and I am the editor and publisher of Fitnesstips101.com. Some of you may be wondering who I am and why I have started this site.

The main reason I started this site is because I wanted to lose weight and get in shape. I found myself a few pounds over weight and having a spare tire forming around my waist and wanted to learn how to lose it and start living a healthier life.
I build and market websites for a living. I don’t know the best way get healthy so I decided to build a website and put together a team of writers (as well as myself) to provide simple to use, easy to understand health and fitness tips for beginners.

There is a lot of miss information out there and people spend tons of money, try many different programs but when you narrow it down, all it takes is dedication, exercising properly, eating the right foods and making it part of your everyday life.
You don’t need to spend money on fancy programs and gadgets, all you need to do is find the right exercise program, proper diet and stick with it. Before you know it you will start to see results and you life will be changed forever.
